Shack Update – 10th November 2019

Sunday saw the Shack open for some maintenance. Along with the clearing the abundance of leaves from the car park the Shack door was also repaired to stop it from sticking in the frame.

Some experiments were conducted using various mobile hot-spots and a remote rig setup. Its possible that today was hampered by some network issues on Three UK and EE. Those experiments will have to continue over the next few days.

A grand total of 22 contacts were made on 80m FT8 using the club’s callsign. Those contacts will shortly be uploaded to eQSL.

The Shack will be open as normal tomorrow for the club’s usual Monday night meeting.
